1. Crop straw, weeds, deciduous leaves, vines, peat, garbage, etc.
2. For example, human and animal manure, horse manure, sheep manure, old compost, plant ash, lime and so on. These substances contain more nitrogen. They are rich in high-temperature fibre-decomposing bacteria, which can promote compost decomposition.
3. A small amount of peat, fine clay and a small amount of calcium superphosphate or phosphate rock powder. These substances are highly absorbent. Adding these substances in the accumulation process can reduce ammonia volatilization and improve the quality of compost.
Compost fertilizer manufacturing process
After composting for 2-3 days, the temperature increased significantly, and after 4-5 days, the temperature could reach 60-70 ℃. High temperature easily causes water shortage in reactor, weakens microbial activity and incomplete decomposition of raw materials. Therefore, during composting fermentation, the changes of moisture and temperature of compost should be checked frequently. At the same time, an iron rod can be inserted into the compost body, and the moisture content of the compost can be checked by observing the dry and wet condition of the surface of the iron rod inserted into part of the compost body. If the iron rod is in a wet state, it means that the amount of water in the compost is appropriate; if the iron rod is in a dry state, it means that the amount of water in the compost is too low, then the ventilation of the compost can be increased.
The compost turner is the key equipment in the compost fertilizer manufacturing process. It is suitable for the flume fermentation and can dump compost materials. The compost turner has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency and low energy consumption. The equipment has high automation and can evenly dump materials. It greatly improves the fermentation quality of organic fertilizers. It also plays a crushing role in the process of dumper and helps to evenly ferment materials. In compost production, fermentation can be completed in about two weeks when the water, air and temperature are suitable. When the raw material tends to be black, it indicates that it has basically matured.
After the compost manufacturing process is manufactured, the straw turns brown or black-brown, with black juice at night, and the compost smells of ammonia. Fermented compost can be applied to various soils and crops. It is a kind of high quality organic fertilizer. These composts can be further processed into commercial organic fertilizer rich in various nutrients.
