We have designed a combined plate for drum dryer, which can strengthen the heat exchange, increase the heat transfer area of fertilizer, prolong the heat transfer time, strengthen the heat exchange, and increase the production capacity of the dryer.
In order to improve the productivity of the dryer, the fertilizer industry usually selects the model with larger diameter and length to increase the effective volume of the drum and prolong the drying time of the material. Dryers of different specifications must be equipped with matching fuel (coal) furnace for heat supply and induced draft fan with corresponding air volume.
In addition, if the fertilizer contains microbial active bacteria, the hot air temperature into the drum dryer should not be too high. The best temperature of hot air entering and the time of material remaining in the drum dryer were determined by experimental study. Drum dryer has become the key to improve the drying efficiency and reduce the investment of organic fertilizer machine.
