When pig manure is processed into organic fertilizer through organic fertilizer production line, fermentation is an important treatment affecting the quality of organic fertilizer. In organic fertilizer production and fermentation, attention should be paid to the regulation of the following factors.
The main environmental factors affecting fermentation are temperature, water content, C/N ratio and pH value. In the process of fermentation of industrial chemical organic fertilizer production line, these factors are controlled artificially to create an appropriate environment for aerobic microbial activities and promote fermentation. If these factors are properly regulated, the quality of organic fertilizer products will naturally be improved.
(1)The effect of fermentation temperature on the organic fertilizer production line: Composting temperature gradually increased during the fermentation process, and the operation was good. Industrial fermentation usually lasts for 8 to 20 days. We usually use compost turners and forced ventilation to improve the oxygen supply status, to promote the rapid warming of materials in the early stage and maintain the mid-term high temperature of 60-70℃.
(2) The influence of fermentation humidity on the organic fertilizer production line: In the aerobic fermentation process of the organic fertilizer production line, the suitable content of materials is 60%-70%. Excessive or low water content of materials affects the activity of aerobic microorganisms. Moisture regulation before fermentation. If the moisture content of the material is less than 60%, the temperature rises slowly, the temperature is low and the decomposition degree is poor; if the moisture content is more than 70%, the ventilation will be affected and anaerobic fermentation will be formed, and the temperature rises slowly, and the decomposition degree is also poor. Fresh pig manure has higher moisture content. The method of reducing water content is to mix organic materials with low water content, such as chaff, peat, sawdust, straw, etc.
(3) The effect of C/N ratio on fermentation in organic fertilizer production line: The suitable C/N ratio is an important nutrient condition for microbial activity. In organic fertilizer production, the optimum C/N ratio for microbial reproduction is 20-30. The average C/N ratio of pig manure was 14. Simple pig manure is not conducive to fermentation, so it needs to be adjusted by mixing materials with high C/N ratio. Agricultural wastes such as straw and rice husk can not only regulate water content, but also mix carbon-nitrogen ratio well.
(4) Fermentation pH of organic fertilizer production line: acidity and alkalinity have important influence on microbial activity and nitrogen conservation. Fermentation of organic fertilizer production line is aerobic fermentation. A large amount of ammonia nitrogen is produced, which increases the pH value. The whole process of fermentation material is in alkaline environment. High pH environment will increase nitrogen loss. We can add rice straw, sawdust, rice bran and other auxiliary materials to promote the biological fixation of nitrogen, and reduce the mineralization rate of nitrogen in the fermentation process, reducing the volatilization loss of ammonia nitrogen.
