Fertilizer mixer machine is a key equipment in the production of organic fertilizer, which is mainly used to evenly mix different raw materials to improve the quality of fertilizer and the consistency of finished products. In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment and extend the service life, daily cleaning and maintenance is very important.
1. Clean promptly after each use
During the operation of the fertilizer mixer machine, the material is easy to adhere to the inner wall of the mixing bucket, the mixing blade and other parts, and long-term accumulation may lead to agglomeration or affect the mixing effect. Therefore, it should be cleaned after each use:
• Remove residual material: After shutdown, use a scraper or soft brush to remove fertilizer residue attached to the drum walls and blades to avoid material accumulation.
• Flushing equipment: can be washed with clean water or high pressure water gun, but to avoid water into the motor and bearing parts to prevent damage.
2. Regular lubrication maintenance
The bearing, reducer and other parts of the fertilizer mixer need to be lubricated regularly to reduce friction and extend the life of the equipment:
• Every 50-100 hours of operation, check the bearing and gear transmission parts and add appropriate lubricating oil.
• Choose suitable lubricating grease to avoid damage to parts caused by dry grinding.
3. Check fasteners to prevent loosening
After long-term operation, the bolts, belts and other fasteners of the fertilizer mixer machine may be loose, affecting the mixing efficiency or causing abnormal vibration of the equipment:
• Check screw and belt tightness once a week to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
• Tighten the device immediately to prevent further damage.
4. Avoid overload
If the feeding amount exceeds the rated load of the fertilizer mixer machine, it may lead to overload of the motor and accelerated wear of the mixing blades:
• Feed according to the rated capacity of the equipment to avoid adding too much material at one time.
• Control the hardness of the material to prevent hard foreign matter from entering the fertilizer mixer machine and damaging the mixing blades or bearings.
5. Check the motor and circuit regularly
The motor is the power source of the fertilizer mixer machine, and it is essential to ensure its normal operation:
• Regularly check whether the motor is hot, abnormal noise, if there is an anomaly should be repaired in time.
• Check whether the circuit is firmly connected to prevent adverse contact from affecting operation.
