3. The axis lines of the drag axis, transmission drum, and directional drum of the chain plate stacker must be kept perpendicular to the vertical centerline of the frame, otherwise it cannot rotate flexibly. Therefore, these three items must be checked clearly, which is also a very important item.
4. The chain plate stacker needs to check the tension of the conveyor chain plate. If we want to check the tension, we need a set of data. The formation of tension should be between 1% and 1.5% of the captain, which is more suitable. We need to maintain this data well, and if it exceeds this range, we need to adjust it in a timely manner.
5. The chain plate stacker has a pull rope switch that needs to be installed on one side of the equipment. There should be a steel wire rope connecting the two switches, and the tension can be adjusted by oneself.
