The manufacturing process of organic fertilizer is mainly divided into two parts, preprocessing part,fertilizer granulating part.

Major equipment of preprocessing part
Turn the raw materials to compost, and shorten compost time.
The truck can directly put the material to the hopper, the hopper can send the material to the crusher machine evenly.
Crush the compost material to small powder, and ready to granulator.
4.Screener machine
The screening machine is to screen the un-fermentation material and let the un-fermentation material fermentation again.
(The above part is to make the organic fertilizer powder. When you need powder fertilizer let this part work.)
Major equipment of fertilizer granulating part
The mixed material should be mixed completely, then put into granulator. Also you can add some water to the mixing powder.

After granulating, the moisture of fertilizer is a bit high, it's not suitable for long-term storage so need drying process.
To help the granule come to the normal temperature and ready to packing.
There are some non-uniform particles, after sieving get the appropriate granules that we need, the small diameter particle can be screened down for twice processing, the bigger granules go to the crusher machine again.
Filling the bags and sealing. After package ,the fertilizer can be sold.
