In the production process of compound fertilizer, it is necessary to roll the powdery raw materials into granules through a rotary drum granulator. Most of the granulators in this step adopt the roller structure. The powder raw materials are placed in the roller, and the slurry or steam or water is sprayed into the roller through the spray pipe to increase the liquid phase of the granulated materials and make the roller agglomerate into particles. In the production process, the viscosity of the granulation slurry is large, and it is easy to adhere to the inner wall of the drum. If these wall materials are not cleaned in time, they will accumulate more and more, which will seriously affect the granulation.

The rotating drum granulator of bio organic fertilizer equipment includes a frame, on which a drum is provided, on the inner wall of the drum are provided with a plurality of sliding grooves extending along the axial direction of the drum, on the inner wall of the drum are also provided with a plurality of rubber pads, the opposite sides of the rubber pads extend into the adjacent sliding grooves, and a sliding limit device is provided between the sliding groove and the rubber pad. The cylinder wall of the drum is provided with a guide hole, and the guide hole is equipped with a limit rod, An elastic clamping device is arranged between the limiting rod and the drum; The rubber pad is equipped with a counterweight, which is located between the rubber pad and the roller; During the rotation of the drum, the rubber pad rotating to the upper part moves downward under the action of the counterweight against the action of the elastic clamping device. When the limit piece is clamped into the limit groove again, the limit piece is clamped in the limit groove to prevent the downward movement of the rubber pad. The downward movement of the rubber pad is suddenly stopped, forming the effect of rubber pad shaking, effectively preventing the slurry from adhering to the drum and improving the granulation efficiency.
