I. Master equipment performance
Be familiar with the operation method, maintenance essentials, production capacity and application scope of the organic fertilizer production equipment, the functions of all controllers and alarm devices of the equipment, and at the same time, be sure to carefully read relevant warnings, such as safety accidents will occur if the equipment continues to operate under low pressure and high temperature.
II. Familiar with the operation procedures
The safe production of the organic fertilizer equipment depends on the careful operation of the operators and the mastery of the technical performance of the equipment. It is the responsibility of each operator to be familiar with and master the operation requirements of organic fertilizer granulator and other equipment, the existing measures at the work site, and discuss such problems with the management personnel.
III. Inspection before startup
Before starting the fertilizer equipment, make sure that the protection device is safe and undamaged, check whether the oil system is normal and whether there is oil leakage, and check all parts of the equipment to ensure that the equipment is free of any hidden dangers before starting.
IV. Precautions during maintenance
1. Cut off the electrical circuit. Before performing any kind of maintenance work on organic fertilizer equipment and any parts, be sure to cut off the power to all electrical controllers. Then check the hydraulic station for pressure relief.
2. Hang warning signs. When overhauling organic fertilizer equipment, we must pay attention to notify the operator and its nearby staff, and hang out warning signs such as being under maintenance to prevent other people from moving the machine, otherwise it will cause an immeasurable safety accident.
