Technical limitation of straw biogas and equipment composition of organic fertilizer production line

2022/08/08
 The Ministry of agriculture listed the straw biogas production technology as the first of the "ten energy-saving and emission reduction technologies" in China's agriculture and rural areas. Straw biogas refers to the biological process of using anaerobic microorganisms to convert straw into biogas. Anaerobic digestion technology itself has been very mature, and it has been widely used in the biogas of various organic wastes, such as human and animal excrement, food waste, domestic garbage, activated sludge and other degradable organic substances. But technically:

First, the lack of ammonia and phosphorus in straw components is not conducive to the growth of microorganisms. Therefore, the use of straw to produce biogas increases the difficulty of microbial decomposition to a certain extent. The adopted fermentation technology can not fully meet the needs of the development of straw biogas, and can only be applied in a small scale.

Second, the lignocellulose content of straw is high, which is difficult or unable to be digested by anaerobic bacteria, resulting in low digestion efficiency, low gas production and poor input-output efficiency; Straw also has no fluidity, can not be digested continuously, and the density is small, the volume is large, it is difficult to import and export, and the production efficiency is low;

Third, the existing reactors are mainly used for sewage treatment and livestock and poultry manure digestion, and lack of special reaction digesters that are suitable for straw material characteristics and can operate stably and efficiently.

Fourth, the application practice of straw biogas was frustrated, which led to the frustration of the research on straw fermentation to produce biogas. Therefore, we should pay attention to the cultivation of professional technical personnel of straw biogas, and develop convenient and economic new technology and process of straw fermentation as soon as possible, so as to promote production through scientific research.

Now, straw is often used as the "ingredient" of anaerobic digestion, which is only used to adjust the material properties or carbon nitrogen ratio, etc. generally, straw is not used as the main raw material for anaerobic digestion to produce biogas.

However, compared with the commonly used anaerobic digestion raw materials such as livestock and poultry manure, straw has the advantages of wide sources, large reserves, low price, convenient collection and storage. If we can research and develop some special key new technologies and new processes to make straw and livestock and poultry manure rich in ammonia and phosphorus ferment together to produce biogas, it is expected to form a large-scale Bioenergy Industry with complementary advantages.

The organic fertilizer production line mainly includes: crushing, deodorization, fermentation, stirring, turning, granulation, rounding, drying, cooling, screening, coating, packaging and other links.
