Working principle and characteristics of a new type of organic fertilizer granulation equipment

The new type of organic fertilizer granulation equipment is a molding machine that can manufacture materials into specific shapes. The main working method is wet granulation of pellets. By using a certain amount of water or steam, the basic fertilizer is fully chemically reacted in the cylinder after being humidified. Under certain liquid phase conditions, with the help of the rotational motion of the cylinder, the material particles are compressed and agglomerated into balls.

The cylinder of the new organic fertilizer granulation equipment adopts a special rubber plate lining or acid resistant stainless steel lining plate, achieving automatic scar removal and tumor removal, eliminating traditional devices. A rotary drum granulator, in which steam, gas ammonia, or phosphoric acid or nitrogen solution, phosphorus ammonia slurry, and heavy calcium slurry are introduced to complete the chemical reaction and heating process of compound fertilizer granulation in the cylinder; Alternatively, a cold granulation process for adding a small amount of water to the compound fertilizer can be carried out. The materials that need to be granulated are rotated through the cylinder, causing rolling rotation when the cylinder is empty. They then aggregate into balls at a certain humidity and temperature to complete the granulation process.

The working principle of the new organic fertilizer granulation equipment is: the main electric motor drives the belt and pulley, which are transmitted to the driving shaft through a reducer. The gear installed on the driving shaft is matched with the large gear ring fixed on the body and works in opposite directions. The material is added from the feeding end and passes through the inside of the cylinder. Through the special structure inside the cylinder, it is made into particles and then flows out through the discharge port. Due to the continuous entry of materials and the continuous rotation of the granulator, large-scale production can be achieved.
