Introduction
Rotary drum granulator is a common equipment for compound fertilizer granulation. It is mainly used in the production of NPK compound fertilizer, heavy superphosphate(TSP), monoammonium phosphate(MAP), diammonium phosphate(DAP) and other products.
We adopts special rubber liner or acid-resistant stainless steel liner into the rotary drum, and achieve the functions of automatic scars and tumor removal, so that you can cancel the traditional scraper device. Features
1.The balling rate is 70%, with small amount of return material, small size of feed back and can be re-granulation;
2.By steam heating, it can improve the temperature of material, so that the water is low after ball forming, thus improve the drying efficiency;
3.Using rubber engineering plastics as lining, the raw materials are not easy to stick, and play a role of anti-corrosion and thermal insulation.

Working Principle:
The inner part of the rotary drum granulator is composed of granulating area, blanking area, steam nozzle, annular baffle, etc. In the production of compound fertilizer, steam and ammonia are sprayed on the rolling material layer inside the barrel. The powder material is extruded and rolled through the barrel rolling, and micro-granular nuclei are formed in the barrel, which eventually agglomerate into granules. The granulation effect of drum granulator will directly affect the granulation rate and product quality of materials.
