When the organic fertilizer making machine is installed, the screening device is inclined to be installed on the frame. The motor is connected with the roller device through a coupling through a reducer to drive the roller device to rotate around its axis.
During the operation of the organic fertilizer production line, after the material enters the drum device, the material on the screen surface turns over and rolls due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, so that the qualified material is discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the rear end of the drum, and the unqualified material is discharged through the discharge port at the rear end of the drum.
Preparation before commissioning of organic fertilizer screening machine:
1. After the organic fertilizer equipment is installed and inspected to be qualified, it can be put into trial operation. Before commissioning, check all parts in detail for correct installation as shown in the drawing, as well as drum granulator, dryer, cooler and other large equipment. Determine whether the fasteners are firm and whether there are obstacles around the screen body that hinder the operation of the roller screen.
2. Put the rectangular inspection door in the open position, and rotate the screening cylinder by manual turning to observe whether the comb-type cleaning mechanism has jamming or friction. If there is, it can be adjusted by adjusting the bolt.
3. Check that each bearing seat and gearbox should be well lubricated, and the gearbox oil level should be appropriate.
4. The power connector should be firm and reliable, well insulated, and grounded correctly.
