NPK compound fertilizer has comprehensive nutrients, high content, and contains two or more nutrient elements. It can supply a variety of nutrients needed by crops at the same time in a relatively balanced way for a long time to improve the fertilization effect. The common granulation production process of NPK fertilizer includes high tower granulation, drum granulation and spray granulation. Here introduces the way of using drum granulator in NPK fertilizer production.
Rotary drum granulator machine is a special granulation equipment for NPK fertilizer production. It is suitable for granulation of compound fertilizer with various concentrations. Rotary drum granulator machine has large production capacity, simple operation and low production cost. NPK fertilizer production process mainly includes batching, drum granulation, drying and cooling, coating and packing.
The solid raw material is fed to the automatic weigh batching system, and the conveyor belt is fed to the corresponding raw material hopper. Each hopper of the automatic weigh batching system is equipped with a weighing belt with a variable speed separator, which can accurately measure the raw materials entering the NPK fertilizer production process. All raw materials and recycled raw materials are sent to the rotary drum granulator through the raw material collector conveyor. The return material is discharged directly from the weighing belt to the granulator in a certain proportion.
The granular material falls into the drum dryer by the conveyor, and the particles are in contact with the cocurrent hot air stream to evaporate the water of the particles, and the fertilizer moisture reaches the requirements for product storage. The drum dryer heats the air by means of a hot air oven.
The material from the drum dryer is sent to the cooling machine that quickly drops the granules to a temperature suitable for storage and bagging. The fertilizer granules are dried and cooled and sent to the drum screener for sieving.
The sieved granules are coated with pellets by a fertilizer coating machine and finally packaged into the hopper.
