Manufacturing process of pig manure organic fertilizer disc granulator

There are many kinds of organic fertilizer granulator, such as double roller granulator, rotary drum granulator, flat die pellet mill and NPK fertilizer granulator. Among them, the disc granulator is very popular because of its many specifications and low price, which can meet the needs of large and small-scale users to process granular fertilizer. Here Huaqiang fertilizer machine factory to introduce the organic fertilizer equipment disc granulator processing pig manure process flow.
1. The treated pig manure is directly transported to the raw material silo (or mixer).
2. Pig manure is transported to the disc feeder and evenly added to the rotating disc of the disc granulator; the liquid component or an appropriate amount of water is sprinkled on the disc granulator through the liquid component distributor The material in the disc can meet the liquid phase volume required for ball formation; the rotating disc and the disc edge generate friction and centrifugal effect on the material, causing the material to produce circumferential movement, so that the powder particles can be rubbed and squeezed. Gradually agglomerate into balls due to the difference in particle mass. The resulting gravity and centrifugal effect are also different. When the gravity and centrifugal effect are increased enough to overcome the friction between the particles, they will be thrown out of the disk. Small particles still stay in the disc and continue to gather fine powder particles. The granulation principle of the disc pelletizer is similar to that of the drum granulator, but the disc granulator is more flexible and small in size, so it is suitable for more medium and small fertilizer plants.
3. The material is transported to the organic fertilizer dryer and exchanges heat with the heat from the hot blast stove.
4. The material is transported to the hot screening to sort particles, and the fine particles are directly returned to the disc granulator, as the core to continue to participate in the adhesion of particles into balls.
5. The pellets are transported to the organic fertilizer cooler, and the fertilizer is cooled by natural or strong cooling air.
6. The organic fertilizer particles are transported to the finished product sieving machine, and the large particles are crushed by the pulverizer and returned to the disc pelletizer to continue to participate in the ball formation.
7. The qualified products after screening are transported to the coating machine for coating treatment.
8. Transport to automatic packaging scale for weighing, packaging, and storage.
9. Drying, cooling and workshop dust are discharged after being treated by cyclone dust collector, dust removal room, and wet washing to reach the standard.
